1. Select the folder where you would like the sub menu to be placed

    1. A folder within Cascade contains a group of related assets

    2. Use a sub menu to create an additional area to store information within a folder

  2. Click on Add Content

  3. Click fon the Folder button

  4. Complete the fields Folder Name, Title (Display in Left Navigation), and click Submit

Moving existitng pages into the sub menu folder

  1. Click on the page that you wish to move and "Drag and Drop" the page into the subfolder

 

  1. Select the page that you wish to edit out of your folder.

       

     2.  Click on the "Edit" button to edit the page.


     

            

    3. The "Test Editor Toolbar" will display with multiple options for editing.

  1. Undo/Redo - Allows the user to take away an action that was just committed or reapply an action that was just committed
  2. Align - Allows the user to have what's on the screen to be positioned from the left margin, right margin, centered, or blocked
  3. Unordered List - A bulleted list
  4. Ordered List - A numbered list
  5. Decrease/Increase Paragraph Indent - The decrease or increase in indentation spacing
  6. Insert/Edit a Link - Allows the user to insert and/or edit links
  7. Remove a Link - Allows the user to remove a link
  8. Anchor Link - Allows the user to insert an anchor link
  9. Insert/Edit Image - Allows the user to insert and/or edit a link
  10. Insert/Edit Video - Allows the user to insert and/or edit a video
  11. Show Source Code - Allows the user to view the source code
  12. Make Full Screen - Makes the screen being viewed display on the entire screen

   

   4. After editing the page, click on "Save & Preview", and then click on the "Submit" button.

  2. Upon clicking on the "Submit" button a menu will appear. For Content Managers, uncheck the "Use a Workflow" box

    1. Content Managers are individuals that can Edit, Submit and Publish pages without the need of approval

    2. Content Editors are individuals that can Edit, and Submit pages, however the pages must be approved by a Content Manager before they can be Published

  3. Click on the "Submit" button located in the same window

  1. Select the folder where you would like the links reordered

    1. To see the files in the folder either right click on the folder and select view or CMS Reorder Link 1
    2. Click on the folder and click on the arrow to the right

  2. Click on Order to place links in numerical order, either descending or ascending

  3. Click on the desired link that you wish to reorder

  4. Use the navigation arrows to reorder links

  5. Folders can also be reordered by clicking on the desired link and you can then drag and drop the link to the desired order
  1. After a page has been submitted you can now publish the page by first clicking on the "Publish" button (which allows the page to be viewed on the internet publicly)

  2. Next click on the "Submit" button to finalize the publishing process
